Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use PR strategies, content, and materials solely for their intended purposes as outlined in service agreements.

4. Payment Terms
4.1 Fees & Payments
✔ Payments for services must be made as per the agreed pricing and schedule in client contracts.
✔ All retainers must be paid quarterly in advance unless otherwise agreed.
✔ Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
4.2 Refund Policy
✔ Due to the nature of our services, payments are non-refundable.
✔ If a client wishes to terminate a service early, they must provide 30 days' written notice, and any outstanding balance remains payable.
5. Confidentiality & Privacy
✔ Spot Influence respects the confidentiality of client information and will not disclose any proprietary or sensitive data to third parties without explicit consent.
✔ We are committed to protecting your privacy in compliance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
✔ Spot Influence will not be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
✔ We do not guarantee specific media placements, influencer engagements, or business results, as PR outcomes depend on various external factors.
7. Termination of Services
✔ Either party may terminate a service agreement with 30 days' written notice, unless otherwise stipulated in the contract.
✔ We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services due to non-compliance, non-payment, or unethical activities.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
